1、点击eclipse左上角file-》new-》Dynamic web project
3、右键web项目，选择properties，选择resource，将编码格式修改为utf-8
5、右键webcontent，新建jsp测试文件，添加代码<%@ page language="java" contentType="text/html; charset=UTF-8" pageEncoding="UTF-8"%><html> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8" /> </head> <body> 恭喜，web項目已經成功搭建！ </body></html>
